Burners

ELCO production program covers a variety of fuel (gas, biogas, liquid fuels, fuel oil, shale oil and used oil) burners. The company also produces several types of fuel burners (one burner can burn 2-3 types of fuel), burners with a special torch geometry adapted to specific furnaces.

For full process automation and visualization, burners are equipped with microprocessor control systems.

Burners for ovens:

• Proton 1.60 L, capacity 40 – 55 kW;

• Proton 1.90 L, capacity 45 – 95 kW, liquid fuel;

• Proton 02.120 G, capacity 70 – 120 kW;

• Proton 02 160 G, capacity 100 – 160 kW, fired with natural gas.

Burners for domestic use and industry:

• VECTRON, from 14,5 – 2080 kW;

• NEXTRON, from 390 – 11200 kW, fired with natural gas, liquid fuel or two-type fuel.

Burners EK, N10; EK-DUO; RPD; HO-Tron; GHO-Tron; from 1300 to 1700 kW, for all types of fuel.

We keep spare parts of burners, so we are ready, if necessary, to offer you any spare part.
