Compensators

Compensators of stainless steel

Designed to compensate certain displacements (axial, horizontal/vertical or angular). These compensators are selected or manufactured according to customer’s data (necessary for designing of a compensator). Information to be submitted to the manufacturer: media, temperature of environment and media, pressure, displacement direction (-s), At request of the customer, separate parts of a compensator can be made of various stainless and black steel, so they can be applied in various industrial fields: energy (heating systems, exhaust smoke ducts, etc.), food and chemical industries, in other fields to compensate displacements of piping systems (due to temperature changes or vibration). Compensators are made from DN 40 to more than DN 6000; the joint can be welded or flanged, their operational (media) temperatures range can vary from +20 0C to +550 0C, pressure up to 25 bars.

Compensators HEATCOMP

These compensators are specialized exclusively for heating and ventilation systems. Compensators are available with a screw connection, the protective coat from the outside, from DN 15-50, temperature of operation (media) up to 250 0C, pressure up to 16 bars.

Compensators for heating networks

Compensators are made with a protective coat, which provides good insulation after mounting. Operational (media) temperature of compensators is up to 150 0C, pressure 10-25 bars.

Compensators for vibration neutralization

Manufactured from DN 40-300.

Metalized – flexible connections (hoses)

Hoses are manufactured from DN 6-250, their operational (media) temperature range can be from 220 0C to +650 0C, pressure up to 25 bars.
